Missing

How sad is this. It seems someone has lost their cat in my neighborhood. These missing signs are posted everywhere. The thing that I find curious is that in today's world of technology with cheap consumer cameras, cellphone cameras etc. they did not have a picture of "Cooper" and had to rely on sketch artist's skills from memory. So sad. Kind of reminds me of the liger drawings in Napoleon Dynamite.
